Chris Jericho Says He Broke His Finger On 7/24 AEW Dynamite, Tells Minoru Suzuki 'This Isn't Over'

Chris Jericho says this isn't over.

On the July 24th episode of AEW Dynamite, Chris Jericho defended the FTW Championship against Minoru Suzuki. They battled it out in a hard-hitting bout where Suzuki repeatedly chopped Jericho. In the end, Jericho scored the win with the Judas Effect. Suzuki hit Jericho with a piledriver after the bell, and Katsuyori Shibata made the save when Big Bill and Bryan Keith attacked him.

In a post on Instagram, Jericho commented on his win against Suzuki and said that he broke his finger. Jericho called Suzuki "completely insane" and stated that this wasn't over. In the post, Jericho included a picture in which his hand is taped up.

As of this writing, there is no word on whether the injury will sideline Jericho. Fightful will provide more information as it becomes available.
