WWE executive departure.
Chris Kaiser, Executive Vice President of WWE Television, has departed the company.
PWInsider first reported the news. Fightful has since confirmed the report with the reason being "cost synergies."
Kaiser was hired by WWE in June 2015 after working at Viacom Networks. He was promoted to EVP of TV in June 2021. Kaiser worked on WWE reality and documentary series, including "WWE 24," "WWE's Most Wanted Treasures," "Total Divas," "Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal," and more.
Kaiser's LinkedIn Profile described his position as leading "the production, operations, and development of WWE's extensive portfolio of original content, delivered to a global audience across multiple platforms and partners" and noted his core competencies as including "new media, branding, third-party productions, special projects, technical operations, and media asset management. He is a key member of the company's executive leadership team and a trusted advisor to WWE's distribution partners, such as FOX Sports, NBCUniversal, and Peacock."
Fightful will provide more details on his departure when they are known.
