Christian Cage: Tony Khan, I'm Your Father Now

Christian Cage held a Father's Day celebration to reveal his big plans for his future in AEW.

Some fathers only get ties or underwear for Father's Day. Not Christian Cage, however. On the June 15 AEW Collision, Christian celebrated Father's Day a day early and received gifts from his Patriarchy. Nick Wayne declared Christian the best TNT Champion ever and said that he would work hard to live up to his legacy in a nice, handwritten Father's Day card.

Killswitch apparently painted a portrait of the former TNT Champion, which, despite its quality, was deemed just "okay" by the patriarch of All Elite Wrestling.

Killswitch tried to storm off after this but Christian then revealed his true intentions. He has declared that he will get back to the AEW World Title but believes that his journey back to a championship opportunity begins by winning the AEW World Trios Titles.

He then declared that he was the best signing in the history of AEW and that the promotion now belongs to him. He even declared that he was now Tony Khan's father.

There's no word on how Shad Khan feels about this declaration.

Christian didn't stop there as he appeared to take out Buddy Matthews backstage via a con-chair-to after Matthews had already suffered a knee injury in the main event that pitted The House Of Black (Brody King, Buddy Matthews & Malakai Black) against the Bang Bang Gang (Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn & Juice Robinson).
