CJ Perry shares some positive news.
CJ Perry was set to accompany Andrade El Idolo to the ring for his return to CMLL on December 15, but she did not appear at the show. She also missed AEW Collision the following night. Perry wrote that she was in the hospital due to an infection. She later provided an update and stated that she was set to undergo surgery, as the infection had gotten worse. After she underwent successful surgery, Perry explained that the infection came from a splinter.
In a post on Instagram, Perry wrote that she was going home. She also shared some graphic images and videos of her time in the hospital, including pictures of her infected finger, footage of doctors treating her finger, and a clip of herself vomiting. One of the clips shows Miro bringing her flowers in the hospital.
Fightful wishes Perry well in her continuing recovery, and we will provide more information as it becomes available.
