CJ Perry Scouts Andrade, All Champions Retain, Eddie Kingston Ready For Jay Lethal | AEW Fight Size

Here is your fight size update following both AEW Saturday Collision & AEW Battle of the Belts VIII on October 21, 2023.

Below are highlights and notes from both Saturday night programs.

Paul London: WWE And AEW Have Their Money, But I Would Say MLW Is Right There In Terms Of Our Talent Roster

- The action started off with Andrade El Idolo vs. Bryan Danielson. Andrade may have come up short, but CJ Perry was very impressed with him as she expressed during a segment they had on Battle of the Belts.

- CJ Perry also got to watch her husband Miro dominate Action Andretti. She did seem to like what she saw from "The Redeemer."

- Darby Allin will be on hand when Sting receives his gift from Tony Khan on Wednesday's AEW Dynamite.

- Kazuchika Okada will be on this Wednesday's Dynamite, as announced by Orange Cassidy after he successfully defended the International Championship against John Silver on AEW Battle of the Belts.

- The devil re-emerged tonight and appeared to target Jay White again. Learn more here.

- The House of Black was all over AEW Saturday Collision. First, Malakai Black returned and delivered Black Mass to Bryan Danielson, then Brody King and Buddy Matthews appeared and attacked FTR later in the evening. Finally, they attacked Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta, helping Ricky Starks and Big Bill retain their championship in the main event of AEW Collision.

- Jon Moxley is back and getting physical again.

- Samoa Joe retained the Ring of Honor TV title against Tony Nese on AEW Battle of the Belts. Afterward, he presented an ultimatum to Maxwell Jacob Friedman.

- Kris Statlander successfully defended the AEW TBS Title against Willow Nightingale on Battle of the Belts. Afterward, Skye Blue appeared and tried to get Willow not to shake Kris' hand. The poison mist still seems to be affecting Skye more than Willow.

- Speaking of Skye she defeated Hollyhood Haley J tonight. J recently was disqualified from a WWE tryout due to medical reasons.

- RUSH and La Faccion Ingobernable are on a warpath and they want respect.

- Jeff Jarrett defeated Eddie Kingston in a Memphis Street Fight. This means that Jay Lethal will get a future shot at the Ring of Honor World Championship. Eddie Kingston is fired up for this future match.

- The Acclaimed retained the AEW World Trios Titles over the Jericho(less) Appreciation Society of Matt Menard, Angelo Parker, and Daniel Garcia in the main event of AEW Battle of the Belts VIII.
