CM Punk comments on the WWE-UFC merger.

Jordynne Grace: There's More Pressure On Me Than Ever To Keep Doing Cool Stuff

“There are a lot of reasons why I think the crossover between UFC and WWE is important. We are all under the TKO umbrella, but to me, what’s important about this is that it brings pro wrestling back to its roots. I think there are a lot of similarities, there are a lot of parallels, and at the end of the day, we are all brothers and sisters, and we are all fighters. It's really exciting for me to see," said Punk in comments to TKO social media.

Punk is currently sidelined with a triceps injury, but has remained a focal point on WWE television, most notably in screwing Drew McIntyre out of the WWE World Heavyweight Title on multiple occasions.

Fightful will provide more details on Punk's status when they are known.
