Cody Rhodes wants to face Brock Lesnar again at WWE SummerSlam.
On the July 10 episode of WWE Raw, Rhodes came to the ring and noted that Lesnar the mountain in front of him, and he had to go right through it. He described how he realized that everyone has a Brock Lesnar. For some, it's student debt. For others, it's crippling anxiety. Rhodes noted that his Lesnar was a beast of a man who is one of the most remarkable athletes in the history of combat sports.
"The American Nightmare" then made it clear that he wanted a rematch with Lesnar at WWE SummerSlam, and he stated that a win would make him the next in line. Rhodes closed his message by stating that he would finish the chapter of his story that Lesnar started, and he would continue on his path to becoming the king.

The score between Lesnar and Rhodes is tied; Cody beat Lesnar at WWE Backlash, but "The Beast Incarnate" defeated Rhodes at WWE Night of Champions.
