"Wrestling has more than one royal family."
Those are the words spoken by Cody Rhodes before his entrance song "Kingdom" by Downstait hits.
"I recorded that weeks after I left WWE the first time (in 2016). To this day, we still use that audio sample. My goal actually, I don't know if she would want to do this, but the beginning of my song and the voiceover that exists, I'd love my daughter [Liberty] to do it at one point. I want her to have a good experience in this. I had the best experience. Certainly, you can't predict the highs and lows and all it's going to be. Opportunity showed, opportunity knocked, I was able to answer. Very lucky," Cody said while speaking to Stephanie McMahon on Stephanie's Places.
Rhodes has been using the theme since leaving WWE in 2016 and kept the music upon his return at WrestleMania 38. He is the reigning Undisputed WWE Champion.
He is set to defend the title against John Cena in the main event of WrestleMania 41.
