Colt Cabana answered questions about his podcast and CM Punk's lump.
On Thursday, the lawsuit between CM Punk, Colt Cabana, and WWE doctor Chris Amann entered it's third day at trial. There were more video depositions played for the jury and Colt Cabana took the stand. According to the notes of Wrestle Zone's Ross Berman, much of the conversation revolved around CM Punk refusing to leave the 2014 Royal Rumble after he was allegedly concussed but when Colt Cabana took the stand the questions turned towards his part in the infamous podcast.
Cabana was asked about the number of downloads the podcast with CM Punk had and the timeline of him continuing to broadcast the podcast after receiving a cease and desist letter from Amann. Cabana confirmed some of the numbers in regards to downloads and re-uploads by other people while his server had crashed. Cabana also answered questions about whether he knew if CM Punk was referencing Amann in the podcast which Cabana said he had no way of knowing for sure.
CM Punk's lump size was another point the lawyers wanted to clarify. Cabana testified the lump was the size of a golf ball or "half an egg". There was also a taped testimony from a Physician's Assistant that treated the lump but never diagnosed it as a Staph infection.
The court adjourned and on Friday Cabana, CM Punk, and AJ Lee are still left to testify.
