Corey Graves shares his thoughts.
WWE shuffled the commentary teams due to WWE Raw moving to Netflix. Michael Cole and Pat McAfee returned to WWE Raw. Joe Tessitore and Wade Barrett, who had been on Raw, shifted over to SmackDown. Corey Graves, who had been part of the SmackDown commentary team with Cole, returned to NXT at NXT New Year's Evil.
On January 13th, Corey Graves took to Twitter/X and commented on his mindset. He told fans to imagine that they were forced to retire due to injuries. Graves then told fans to imagine that they had dedicated their lives to following a new path in the same field and being great at it. Graves went on to ask everyone to imagine that when it was time to enjoy the fruits of their labor, they were told that they were not famous enough for their own job. He ended his message by noting that it was for anyone who had been wondering where he'd been.
