Danhausen On Trying To Curse HOOK: He Might Be Too Powerful, Need To Absorb His Powers

Danhausen has been trying to curse everyone since he arrived in AEW at AEW Beach Break when he cursed Adam Cole, who subsequently lost his Lights Outs match to Orange Cassidy.

Most recently, Danhausen cursed Will Regal after AEW Dynamite went off the air on Wednesday.

What exactly happens when Danhausen curses a victim?

"Danhausen points at them sometimes, and it seems like bad things happen to them and I hope it happens, but, you know, neither here nor there. It seems like it works. It certainly works and gets into their brain," he told WhatCulture.

When asked it it's more mind games than anything physical, Danhausen replied, "I don't know, I can't tell. It seems like it works though. EXCEPT HOOK!"

Danhausen has been trying to curse HOOK in recent weeks, but HOOK has simply walked away, seeming unaffected by the curse.

"It seems like he might be too powerful. Take him down a notch and absorb his powers. He's so popular. You have to absorb little bits of popularity from everyone. Danhausen has cursed The Young Bucks, Adam Cole, Jon Moxley, they are very popular wrestlers," he said.

Will Danhausen finally break through and curse the mighty HOOK? Only time will tell.

HOOK will be in action on Wednesday's AEW Dynamite. Fans can check out the current lineup for the April 20 show by clicking here.
