The Jan. 15 episode of AEW Dynamite will be a special titled Bash At The Beach. And AEW is bringing back a former WCW World Champion for the event.
On Wednesday's AEW Dynamite it was announced that Diamond Dallas Page will team with Dustin Rhodes & QT Marshall to take on MJF, The Butcher, & The Blade in a six-man tag team match at Bash at the Beach. This will mark Page's first match since competing in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 32.
Page laid out The Butcher & The Blade with Diamond Cutters on Dynamite, but was out-numbered as MJF and Wardlow got in on the attack. Dustin & Marshall made the save for DDP.
Also announced for next week is a women's tag team bout that will pit Hikaru Shida & Kris Statlander against the Nightmare Collective duo of Awesome Kong & Mel. The Nightmare Collective cost Statlander her AEW Women's Championship bout against Riho on Wednesday.
Finally, a singles bout between Pac and Darby Allin was announced as well.
Also scheduled for the show is Cody making his decision on whether or not he will accept MJF's stipulations for a match at AEW Revolution.
