Deonna Purrazzo believes she did exactly what she told Thunder Rosa that she would.
Deonna Purrazzo defeated Thunder Rosa in a No DQ Match on the June 15 episode of AEW Saturday Collision. She did so by way of referee stoppage when she locked in a rope-assisted Venus de Milo and Rosa was unconscious and unable to defend herself. However, she was only unconscious because Purrazzo knocked her out cold with a camera that she stole from a ringside cameraman.
That is a fact that Purrazzo avoided in her post-match digital exclusive promo where she bragged that she had put her rivalry with Rosa behind her and is now moving on to "bigger and better things."
"Thunder Rosa, I told you, where I come from, if you want respect, you give respect. If you refuse, you get respect beaten into you. Well, I guess after tonight, you must respect me a whole hell of a lot. I put you in the Venus de Milo and you passed out," she said. "Are you just too weak or too stupid? So now, I beat you twice. This is over. I'm more concerned with bigger and better things. So it was nice working with you. Thank you, but no thanks."
