Deposition Schedule In Sonya Deville Stalker Case

Depositions in Sonya Deville's case against her stalker are set to begin on February 3. 

Deville case is against Phillip A. Thomas, who was charged with Aggravated Stalking, Armed Burglary of a Dwelling, Attempted Armed Kidnapping, and Criminal Mischief relating to a break in and attempted kidnapping against Deville on August 17, 2020.

Mike Johnson at PWInsider is reporting the following deposition schedule for the case:

February 3 at 1 pm ET: Mandy Rose, who was in the home with Deville at the time of the break in

February 13 at 2:30 pm ET: Sonya Deville

February 18: Officers who responded to the 911 call

February 25 at 9 am ET: Phillip A. Thomas

Deville had her temporary order of protection against Thomas extended indefinitely until the criminal case is resolved. 

Deville had been off television since SummerSlam 2020, but returned on the January 1, 2021 episode of WWE SmackDown. She was walking through the backstage area and it was noted on commentary that she had been reinstated by WWE
