After being "arrested" on Christmas Eve, Dominik Mysterio was released from jail on Christmas afternoon. Upon being freed, he called for the arrest of his mother and father in his first message.
Dominik and his "Mami" Rhea Ripley had attempted to ruin Christmas for Rey Mysterio and his family in the same way that they ruined Thanksgiving but this time, the legendary Luchador "called the police" on his son and Angie even got physical, slapping the former WWE Raw Women's Champion. This led to Dom, while in the back of a police car, saying "mom hit Mami."
Following the altercation, Rhea Ripley, Damian Priest, and Finn Balor led the charge to have their Judgment Day cohort freed with #FreeDom on Twitter. The young Mysterio would be released from jail on Christmas afternoon and post a tweet with a call for Rey and Angie to be arrested.

Judgment Day has the night off on Monday, December 26 as Monday Night Raw will be presenting a 2022 retrospective episode. Therefore, fans will not see how time behind bars has affected Dominik Mysterio until the first Monday Night Raw of 2022.
On October 14, Rey requested a trade to WWE SmackDown to get away from his son as he didn't want to have to fight him.
