Dominik Mysterio said three little words, but they weren't what Liv Morgan wanted.
Rhea Ripley dragged Dominik Mysterio to the ring on the July 22nd episode of WWE Raw, as she was tired of the games that WWE Women's World Champion Liv Morgan was playing. She said that if Morgan wanted him, she could have him. Morgan responded from a staircase in the crowd and said that she would not be coming down to the ring, as she would be waiting until WWE SummerSlam.
Morgan then said that she had feelings for Dominik, and he had feelings for her. Morgan told Ripley that "gorgeous" men like Dominik went after girls who looked like her, not Rhea. She encouraged Dominik to speak and say the "three little words" he had been waiting to tell her. Dominik replied by saying that he hated Morgan, she had ruined his life, and he could not stand her. He called Morgan a "cabrona", which means "bitch" in Spanish, and he made it clear that he did not like her.

Morgan cried and walked away. Ripley was pleased, as she whispered in Domik's ear and kissed him on the cheek, as all was clearly well between the duo.
Morgan will defend her title against Ripley at WWE SummerSlam.
