Drew McIntyre doesn't like the Money in the Bank briefcase.
Drew McIntyre won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania XL, but his reign was short-lived thanks to Damian Priest and the Money in the Bank briefcase. Two out of McIntyre's three championship reigns have ended due to a Money in the Bank cash in.
"I can't stand the Money in the Bank briefcase. I understand the point is to cash it in and win the title, but the reason I've lost my last two world titles is because of that stupid briefcase," McIntyre said in an interview with the Indian Express.
McIntyre's second reign as WWE Champion ended at Elimination Chamber 2021 when The Miz cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase.
McIntyre will challenge Priest for the WWE World Heavyweight Title at WWE Clash at the Castle.
