Drew McIntyre and John Cena will be two of the six participants inside the Elimination Chamber at WWE Elimination Chamber on Saturday.
Ahead of the event, McIntyre cut a social media promo on Cena, pointing out that Cena gave leeway to everyone to cut promos on him leading up to the event and no one has taken that opportunity.
McIntyre said it's not 2010 and he would keep Cena's name relevant, much like he did with Punk in 2024, while he was away.
McIntyre said his personal issues with Cena go back years and that Cena probably doesn't remember them because he was "one of many." McIntyre conceded that Cena is a big star and in the short term, him being in the Elimination Chamber is best for business.
"Going by that logic, we could put Sydney Sweeney in there and it would be twice as big."
McIntyre closed by saying he would make sure Cena is kept safe in the Chamber, "until it's my time to bury you."
