The December 11 episode of WWE Raw opened with a back and forth promo battle between Jey Uso and Drew McIntyre. Uso prompted the crowd to yell out his signature word, 'Yeet', to show their support for CM Punk on Raw.

In response, McIntyre gave his thoughts on the idea of Punk on Raw, as he begged for Adam Pearce to not sign the 'Best In The World' due to the simple fact that he would destroy the locker room.

“Adam Pearce, please hear me right now and trust me. Let him go. Nick Aldis, you can have him on SmackDown because trust me, we do not want CM Punk in that locker room. He will destroy this place from the inside out. I’m sorry, do you know him personally? I’m one of the few people that traveled the world with him, i know what he’s like, so i know how this story ends.”

Punk is set to sign with either Raw, NXT, or SmackDown during a later part of the broadcast. Fightful will update fans when Punk makes his choice.
