Drew McIntyre On WWE Contract Negotiations: My Focus Is Here And Now

Drew McIntyre addresses his current contract status.

Drew McIntyre's contract with WWE is reportedly up in early 2024 and there have been no new reports of him re-signing with the company. McIntyre took time off after WrestleMania 39 to take care of injuries, but returned at WWE Money in the Bank.

Speaking to the Hindustan Times, McIntyre was asked about his current status.

"I mean, I keep reading the internet myself. I just saw something earlier. The internet keeps talking about my future, I guess. But my focus is on the here and now like I don't look to the future, I don't look to the past, I look to the present. And my job right now is just making sure we give everybody in Hyderabad the best show possible and I'll continue to give the best performance I can give at every show and I can see I don't plan to be anywhere else. That's as much as I can give," he said.

McIntyre is in India to take part in WWE Superstar Spectacle.

On WWE TV, he is currently aligned with Matt Riddle on WWE Raw.

Fightful will keep fans updated on McIntyre's contractual status when more is known.
