AEW Revolution ended with a dud as Eddie Kingston covered Jon Moxley as the ring "exploded" following an exploding barbed wire deathmatch.
Kingston was looked the most foolish of everyone during the explosion as he was "knocked out" by the dud.
During a Q&A session on AdFreeShows, Kingston was asked what went through his mind as the sparklers went off.
"I was already out....I was done," Kingston said initially before giving his real thoughts. "What went through my head was, 'what the fuck was that?' That's what went through my head. Then, I was calm in the back. I won't give you inside baseball, that's not my style, but I was real mad and people knew about it."
AEW offered multiple explanations for the explosion on the subsequent episode of Dynamite, with Kingston saying anxiety got the best of him.
Kingston and Moxley were able to rebound from the incident, forming a formidable tag team that will now challenge The Young Bucks for the AEW Tag Team Title at AEW Double or Nothing on Sunday.
