El Hijo Del Fantasma is advancing to the finals of the Interim NXT Cruiserweight Championship finals.
Fantasma defeated Akira Tozawa in the last match of Group B in the tournament. Both Fantasma and Tozawa finished with a 2-1 record, best in the group, but Fantasma advances to the finals as a result of the head-to-head tiebreaker. Fantasma will take on the winner of Group A, which has yet to be determined by the time of this writing.

Below are the updated standings for each group. All wrestlers will face the other wrestlers in their respective group and after each wrestler has completed three matches, the one with the best record in each group advances to the finals.
Group A:
- Kushida: 2-1
- Jake Atlas: 2-1
- Drake Maverick: 2-1
- Tony Nese: 0-3
Group B:
- El Hijo Del Fantasma: 2-1 (Wins Group B based on tiebreaker)
- Akira Tozawa: 2-1
- Isaiah “Swerve” Scott: 1-2
- Jack Gallagher: 1-2
