After months, WWE Raw have finally regained a big piece to their women's roster.
Emma returned to the show after nearly a year on the sidelines with a back injury. She wasn't actually shelved with an injury for the majority of the time, as instead the creative team was pushing the never-launched "Emmalina" gimmick.
The Australian superstar returned to the persona that gained success on the NXT brand, abandoning the Instagram model 'Emmalina.' Months of vignettes ran only to have Emma ditch the gimmick on TV. Two more months of vignettes ran promoting the "Emma" character.
Emma participated in the six-woman match, teaming with Nia Jax and Charlotte, taking on Bayley, Sasha Banks and former protege Dana Brooke. Her team would go on the lose the match.
