AJ Francis has high praise for KC Navarro.
TNA Emergence was a big day for Navarro, as he joined AJ Francis in his First Class faction. Since then, Navarro has been afforded with plenty of opportunities in TNA, facing off against major teams like The Hardys and The Rascalz.
Even though the pairing was put together at the last second, Francis is still enjoying his time with Navarro, saying he fits in like a glove.
"Well, to be fair it wasn't a pairing I imagined either because I found out about it about a day before it happened." Francis said while speaking to Fightful during WrestleCade weekend. "But it was great. KC fits in just like a glove, man. He's talented, he's young, he's hungry and me, personally, even if he wasn't talented— him being hungry is more than enough. I want somebody that wants it. I want this shit."
Francis continued on and praised Navarro for being somebody that desires success, saying that he isn't somebody who just gets opportunities because he knows the right people.
"Even if he was, I want somebody who wants it. Because a lot of guys, especially in this business—I hate to be the bearer bad news—but this business is, I won't say fake. But it's predetermined, right? So if you know the right people and the right people like you, you'll get a lot of opportunities. Sometimes when that happens, you coast. You rest on your laurels because you know you're going to be alright either way. I have had to do everything but that my entire career. I've had to scratch and claw for every single opportunity. So I like somebody that's hungry. That's why I like KC."
