Brian Myers: Anytime Will Ospreay Is Around, TNA Wrestling Is Better For It

Brian Myers is a big fan of Will Ospreay in TNA/IMPACT Wrestling.

At the Bound For Glory pay-per-view in October, Will Ospreay made his return to IMPACT Wrestling, wrestling 'Speedball' Mike Bailey in a match that some consider to be a match of the year contender. This was Ospreay's first appearance in TNA/IMPACT since 2016, and it led to many fans wanting 'The Aerial Assassin' to sign a full-time deal with the company.

Despite the fact that he's set to join All Elite Wrestling on a full-time basis in Spring 2024, Ospreay will be making his return to TNA/IMPACT Wrestling in January 2024, as he will wrestle Josh Alexander once again.

While speaking to Fightful for a new interview, Brian Myers said that TNA is going to be better any time that Ospreay decides to pop his head in for a quick visit.

"Obviously, he’s a megastar, a guy who truly loves TNA Wrestling, so it’s cool to have him. I thought we were going to have him for good, I really did, I thought that maybe there was a chance there that he’d be somebody I’d be sharing the locker room with for years to come, but I’m happy for him and always happy when he’s around because he’s a big star. Him and Eddie [Eddie Edwards] on the UK tour, they had the match of the whole tour. It was incredible. Anytime he is around, TNA is going to be better for it."

Elsewhere in the interview, Myers spoke about his blindfold hardcore match against Jake Something at Hardcore Justice 2021. Fans can learn more by clicking here.
