'Sculpted' Cian Noonan previews the main event of OTT Gaff Party Dublin.
Gaff Party Dublin on March 2nd has had it's main event shifted in recent weeks, as Trent Seven has been added to make it a triple threat match between he, Jay and OTT World Champion Sammy D. Also featuring on the card will be Leon Slater taking on The King Of The Cruiserweights, Robbie X in singles action.
While speaking to Fightful's Corey Brennan in a recent interview, Irish wrestling prospect Cian Noonan predicted the two matchups.
"I have a feeling, if I start with the Robbie and Leon match, Robbie probably pulled through in that one. I think it's because Robbie definitely has experience on his side, you know. I think he's also a bit more of a regular to our OTT crowd, probably feels a bit more at home here. I think Leon's been here probably three or four times and I'm not even sure if Leon's wrestled in front of the Dublin crowd before or at the stadium. But then you have that triple threat as well. It's a hard one to really call. I have a strong feeling Jay will be kind of the underdog when he's a bit of a dark horse. Someone you're not expecting with the two lads having so much experience and Trent obviously having the fact that he's been in WWE and now he's in TNA, you know, he's appeared in AEW. These lads seem like they're more likely to win, but Jay could come in and steal it for himself. But at the end of the day, I think Sam is going to take the win. I think Sam's going to retain the championship and keep it here for Ireland, I hope. As long as this belt doesn't get taken away. But, you know, part-time, I'll be quite happy to see one of the lads from Ireland take it."
Seven and Sammy were originally scheduled to face off at Gaff Party Wolverhampton on March 1st, but due to the event being canceled for logistical reasons, Seven was added to the Dublin main event.
