Steph De Lander: If PCO And I Get Married, It Would Be The Most Insanely Produced Spectacle You've Ever Seen

Steph De Lander comments on a potential wedding with PCO.

Steph De Lander and PCO have become lovebirds in recent months, and even though their first date didn't end as planned, Steph still believes PCO is the one for her. With love in the air, the question had to be asked, could wedding bells be in their future?

"I think wrestling weddings are so entertaining," Steph told Jeremy Lambert & Joel Pearl on In The Weeds. "In NXT, I was Indi's bridesmaid when she married Dexter. That was so fun, just being involved in any way. They are so iconic. They stick out, more than anything else. They go down in history. If you're in a wrestling wedding, no matter what company you're in, you're in the history books. It doesn't happen very often. There is a phenomenon in wrestling. Once I became a wrestler, I realized it's quite rare to have a cage match or a wedding. There are certain spectacles that a lot of wrestlers will never get to be in (like) a ladder match or do XYZ. It's a bucket list thing. 'Oh, a wrestling wedding would be really cool.' I think wrestling weddings are awesome. Whether or not that is in the future with myself and PCO, who knows. That's up to the giant Frankenstein man. Even just texting and back forth, I don't know what he's saying on a day-to-day basis, let alone what he's thinking about with our future as a couple. If it were ever to happen, if I got my hands on it and PCO got his hands on it, it would be the most insanely produced spectacle you've ever seen in your life."

Steph (Persia Pirotta in WWE) was part of the Indi Hartwell and Dexter Lumis wedding in NXT. The segment has been praised as being one of the best wrestling weddings in history.

The last time TNA did a wrestling wedding, a man got shot.

"You can't compare it. It has to be different," Steph said. "You're not comparing it to the last one that happened. What story do we have here? What's going on here? What are the meat and potatoes of this story, and how many ridiculous thrills and cameos and random stuff can we add in to make it as incredible as possible? I'm not talking about anything for me, just seeing the planning standpoint from Indi's wedding and how much went into that. People say a real wedding is a lot. A TV wedding is also a lot. All the same shit you have to worry about for a real wedding, you have to worry about for a TV wedding, but it's also on TV. I didn't realize, being involved in that process, how much goes into it. That's just TV in general. People don't realize there are so many constant moving parts, and they are bigger than you as an individual. You're asked to do a job, and you do it at this certain time and not swear. Hit your time and they've got eight other things going on that you don't even know about. It's a crazy world, but the more time I spend working on TV, the more I love it and enjoy it."
