- The current WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar was announced to be appearing on the RAW after SummerSlam by the Barclays Center's official Twitter account.
- Renowned shark attack survivor, author and Navy diver Paul de Gelder did an interview with TV Insider where he discussed his time with Ronda Rousey during Shark Week.
- "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair recently underwent intestinal surgery on July 9th and he sent out the following health update after he was released from the hospital.
- At last night's NXT TV tapings, a new female referee debuted named Aubrey Edwards who is based out of the Seattle area. (H/T to Squared Circle Sirens for the info)
- Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's second match of his pro wrestling career will be added to the WWE Network's "Hidden Gems" section according to WWE Network News.
- Former two-time UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez was present at last night's NXT TV tapings and today it was unveiled that he trained at the Performance Center and partook in multiple workouts with the talent and coaches at the P.C.
- There is a video available on WWE's YouTube channel that features WWE Hall Of Famers "Mean" Gene Okerlund and the late Bobby "The Brain" Heenan playing golf.
