- Dave Meltzer via the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that WWE believes Lars Sullivan will be out for six to nine months after undergoing an MRI last week. On the June 23rd edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Meltzer described Sullivan's injury as a "freak accident".
- Marty Scurll and Brody King attempted to recruit Joey Janela for Villain Enterprises and Janela informed Scurll and King that he is signed to AEW.
