First Match For NJPW Lonestar Shootout On 4/1 Made Official

NJPW has made the first match for Lonestar Shootout official!

It was back in November when Chris Dickinson got hurt and he has been out of action ever since. This past week, in collaboration with New Japan Pro Wrestling, he released a video announcing his return for the April 1 event in Dallas, naming Tomohiro Ishii as the man he wanted to face.

On February 26, 2022, NJPW made it official, Dickinson and Ishii will do battle at Lonestar Shootout.

After sustaining an injury at Battle in the Valley back in November, Chris Dickinson released a video on social media this week declaring that he would be making his NJPW return April 1 at Lonestar Shootout- and that he would challenge Tomohiro Ishii for his comeback match.

That match is now official! Dickinson will face Ishii at Wrestlecon weekend April 1!
