Flip Gordon did not cash in his golden ticket.
On Friday, Flip Gordon and Brandi Rhodes wrestled Maxwell Jacob Friedman for the opportunity to appear on the All In Card. The match came after months of Gordon requesting to be on the card, losing to Cody Rhodes in a match for the opportunity, and then Cody Rhodes extended this "Golden Ticket" match for one more chance. Gordon picked Brandi Rhodes for his tag team partner.
According to David Bixenspan, Brandi Rhodes cost Gordon his place on the card by inadvertently getting disqualified when she hit Friedman in the groin. Brandi Rhodes tweeted after the match to express her condolences towards Gordon.
The All In Twitter confirmed that Gordon had not made it. Rayne and Friedman posted confirmations that they will be at All In which they earned by beating Gordon and Brandi Rhodes.
All in will take place on September 1st in the Sears Centre Arena near Chicago, Illinois. Fightful Wrestling has had coverage of the development of this particular event and that will continue until September.
