His next challenger will be Gunther at WWE SummerSlam.

Speaking on Gorilla Position, Gunther was asked to assess Priest's run as champion.

"I think he’s done a good job. I feel like, for everybody in that situation, it’s a big challenge. You look at the history of the World Heavyweight Championship so far, it was Seth Rollins, who held it for a very long time. But he was already a very established superstar before becoming World Heavyweight Champion. Drew had it for a few minutes, I don’t really count that now. Then Priest had to basically take it over, so I can only assume it was a big challenge for him, but I think he stood up to the challenge and carried himself in a very good way, I think. It’s not gonna last that match longer, to be honest," he said.

As of now, Gunther is a heavy favorite to defeat Priest at WWE SummerSlam according to BetOnline. Fans can learn more by clicking here.
