Gunther's next opponent has been decided.
On the October 9 episode of WWE Raw, Bronson Reed was able to defeat Chad Gable and Ricochet to become the number one contender to the Intercontinental Championship.
To win the bout, Reed hit Ricochet with his signature tsunami splash from the top rope. Before the bout began, Ricochet was attacked on the stage by Shinsuke Nakamura.
