Hangman Page will have a new role on AEW Dynamite.
Appearing on Busted Open Radio, Tony Khan announced that Hangman Page will fill in for Jim Ross at the commentary table for Wednesday's AEW Dynamite.
Ross is undergoing treatment for skin cancer and hopes to return on December 29.
Page will have to stay in the booth and won't be allowed to be ringside for Alan Angels' bout against Bryan Danielson. Khan has barred any physical contact between Page and Danielson. If Page makes his way to ringside during the bout, there will be a "hefty fine and heft consequences" for the AEW World Champion according to Khan.
