Hulk Hogan, appearing on the Barstool Rasslin' podcast, said he still keeps in touch with modern wrestlers, including Chris Jericho. Hogan even claims that Jericho recently told him he was following the same formula as Hulk Hogan did in 1996 when he became "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan in World Championship Wrestling (WCW).

"Yeah. I'll hit Cody [Rhodes] up, or we'll talk, you know. He wears that weightlifting belt and stuff like that. I talk to a lot of the guys like Chris Jericho. He's a good friend of mine. He goes, 'Well, I'm just doing Hollywood Hogan '96.' I said, 'You're doing a good job, brother.' So I talk to a lot of the young guys. They're still running around."

If Hulk Hogan said it, it must be true.

Chris Jericho is currently working as a heel, leading the group known as The Learning Tree, which consists of Big Bill and Bryan Keith. Fans regularly call for him to retire. Read what Chris Jericho actually has to say about retirement here.
