The legend comes to Bloodsport.
Ikuhisa Minowa, also known as 'Minowaman,' has been announced for Josh Barnett's Bloodsport II. An opponent has yet to be named. Minowa has over 100 professional fights to his name, and even though his record looks less than stellar at 64-42-8, he is a longtime cult favorite due to his willingness to fight anyone in any weight class.
'Minowaman' famously won the 2009 DREAM Super Hulk tournament, defeating Bob Sapp, Choi Hong-man, and Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou to capture the title.
He has fought the likes of Wanderlei Silva, Don Frye, Giant Silva, Quinton Jackson, Katsuyori Shibata, and just about any PRIDE or Pancrase standout or "freak" you can name. He last fought professionally at ROAD FC 42 in September 2017 defeating Dong Sik Yoon by TKO (injury).

Josh Barnett's Bloodsport II is a mix of wrestling and MMA where matches take place in a ring with no ropes and end via (T)KO or submission. The event is scheduled for Sept. 14 and will be headlined by Josh Barnett taking on Jon Moxley.
