IMPACT Wrestling Takes A Jab At WWE For Changing The Color Of The Hell In A Cell Structure To Red

IMPACT calling em' out.

Earlier today WWE went live on their YouTube channel and let the WWE Universe see the Hell In A Cell structure be put together as the 'Hell In A Cell' PPV takes place tomorrow night on the WWE Network starting at 7PM EST. Unlike the Hell In A Cell cages that fans have seen in the past, WWE made a change to the cell as the structure has been painted red and it will be used for the two matches that will be contested inside of it tomorrow night which is Jeff Hardy versus Randy Orton, and Roman Reigns versus Braun Strowman for the WWE Universal Championship.

A few individuals on social media shared their thoughts on the Hell In A Cell structure being painted red and that it reminded them of TNA's 'Steel Asylum' match which was a round structure that was painted red as well. TNA popularized the idea of the 'Steel Asylum' which was a cage but in dome form. The structure was originated in WCW and was called 'Thundercage' and then AAA adopted that idea from WCW and TNA brought it back to the U.S. The Global Wrestling Network Twitter account uploaded a photo of the 'Steel Asylum' structure and indirectly referred to the news about WWE changing the color of their structure to red.

The IMPACT Wrestling Twitter account also retweeted the GWN account's tweet.
