Jeff Hardy Says That His Daughters Have No Interest In Becoming Wrestlers

Jeff Hardy's kids have no interest in wrestling.

With family legacies being prevalent in wrestling for decades, there's no shortage of second, third, and fourth generation wrestlers in the current landscape. Rising names in like Dominik Mysterio, Bandido, Bron Breakker, and Jacob Fatu all come from historic wrestling families.

As it turns out, it appears that there will not by any second generation wrestlers from the Hardy family. Well, at least from Jeff Hardy's side of the family.

“My daughters, before the WWE came out with the Women’s Tag Team Championships, I was like, ‘Man, I have the Hardy girls. They might be the first women tag team and they can literally be the Hardy girls. Soon after that thought, WWE came out with the Women’s Tag Team Championships, I was like, ‘Oh my god, it must be meant to be, they’re gonna be the Hardy girls.’ They don’t have any interest in it whatsoever. Even my oldest daughter Ruby, she’s so creative and beautiful and grown up, she’s mentioned about wanting to maybe get in the ring and try some stuff. So, if she ever gets serious about it, of course — Her and my youngest daughter will probably be the only people I probably ever train. I say that now, but just to give some secrets to what has helped me along the way. Everything now, it don’t seem like the Hardy girls are going to be a thing in the pro wrestling future." Hardy said while chatting with Chris Van Vliet for a new interview.

Elsewhere in the interview, Jeff Hardy talked about wanting to re-visit his feud with CM Punk. Check out his full comments by clicking here.
