Jeff Jarrett is a game changer.
At GCW Die 4 This on Saturday, EFFY gave his State of EFFY address, saying that "EFFY is fine."
Following his promo, the lights went out and Jeff Jarrett, dressed in all black, appeared in the ring. Jarrett smashed a guitar over EFFY's head, showing that EFFY might not be fine after all.

EFFY is coming off a feud with Matt Cardona where he and Allie Katch defeated Cardona and Chelsea Green, leading to Cardona quitting the promotion.
Jarrett made a surprise appearance at WrestleCade SuperShow in November, smashing a guitar over Cardona's head and having a strut-off with Jay Lethal.
