Another transition!
It is now official that all of the MMA Four Horsewomen have made their WWE in-ring debuts. The current RAW Women's Champion Ronda Rousey made her in-ring debut this past April at WrestleMania 34. Former NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler debuted for WWE in last year's Mae Young Classic tournament in-which she made it to the finals of. Recently, the 1-2 pro fighter Marina Shafir had her first pro wrestling match at an NXT Live event in Florida in July and last night at an live event in Largo, FL the 3-5-1 MMA fighter Jessamyn Duke completed the Four Horsewoman square when she made her in-ring debut teaming with Shayna Baszler and Marina Shafir in six-woman tag team action.
Shafir, Duke and Baszler took on the trio of Deonna Purrazzo, Io Shirai who made her NXT live event debut, and the current NXT Women's Champion Kairi Sane. The Four Horsewomen trio emerged victorious in the matchup when Shayna Baszler made Deonna Purrazzo tap out. This past May WWE announced that Shafir and Duke signed their developmental deals and would soon be reporting to the Performance Center. Fast forward three months later and the entire band has wrestled a match or multiple matches for the WWE.
