Joe Hendry teases more disruption.
Joe Hendry continues to gain buzz in the wrestling world and beyond. He electrified fans with his NXT debut on the June 18 episode of NXT, and he had a backstage interaction with Shawn Michaels in which he teased making more appearances. Hendry has since teased appearing at NXT Heatwave.
Speaking on The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy, Joe Hendry was asked to describe his mindset regarding whether he was thinking about what he would do next or if he was just enjoying the moment.
“I think this whole campaign that I’ve been doing is based on disruptive behavior, and I think that every act has to be more disruptive than the last [laughs], so for it to continue, and that’s why it’s been ascending, my song got in the charts, it blew up on TikTok, now we’ve had the NXT thing. There’s a lot of people who can tell me, this is impossible or that’s impossible. But we’re in a time in the business where anything can happen," Hendry said.
