TNA star Joe Hendry had an eventful night on the August 27th episode of WWE NXT. He performed a live concert, slammed NXT Champion Ethan Page, and posed with the title. Heading into his match against Page at NXT No Mercy, Hendry has a lot of momentum.
In an NXT Exclusive, Joe Hendry commented on his concert and looked forward to NXT No Mercy.
“Tonight was a lot of fun. I had so much fun out there, singing for those fans, but in all seriousness, this Sunday, I have an opportunity to change my life, to change the professional wrestling business. What I’m doing right now in NXT has never been done before. Please, tell me it’s impossible because everyone would have thought it was impossible for me to even show up. But here we are. Joe Hendry is the number one contender, and this Sunday, the world will believe at NXT No Mercy," Hendry said.
