A fine for Joel Embiiid.
On October 29, reigning NBA MVP Joel Embiid of the Philadelphia 76ers hit the Portland Trail Blazers with a "suck it" taunt after finishing through contact.
In response to his taunt, the NBA fined Embiid $35,000.

Embiid was previously fined $25,000 for doing the "suck it" taunt during the 2022-23 NBA regular season.
The Sixers were winners on Sunday against the Blazers and Embiid finished with 35 points, 15 rebounds, seven assists, two steals, and six blocks.
Embiid has been using the taunt for years and has called Triple H his favorite wrestler.
