When you're John Cena, you don't need to qualify for the World Cup.
On Raw, WWE announced that John Cena will take part in the WWE World Cup, a tournament set to commence at Crown Jewel on Nov. 2.
Qualifying matches will be held in the lead up to the event. As announced over the weekend, Randy Orton will battle the Big Show and Jeff Hardy takes on Samoa Joe at SmackDown in qualifying bouts.
On Raw, an International Battle Royal will take place with the winner adding their name to the tournament.
Cena has had a light schedule this year, but did return to the ring at Super Show-Down, teaming with Bobby Lashley to defeat Elias and Kevin Owens.
