This new venture is the latest for Cena, who has recently been revealed as the star in "The Suicide Squad" spin-off "Peacemaker" for HBO Max. He will also be the co-executive producer of the project. In addition, Cena will star in the upcoming "F9" film and host the revival of "Wipeout."
Though he has been very busy outside of the WWE ring, Cena recently stated that his in-ring career is not over. Cena's comments on the matter can be read at this link and his last match for WWE took place at WrestleMania 36 when he lost to Bray Wyatt in a "Firefly Fun House" match.
