Jon Moxley is returning to NJPW.
NJPW announced that Jon Moxley will be part of Windy City Riot on April 16 in Chicago, IL. No opponent was announced.
Moxley said in the promo that he is NJPW's boogeyman and that no one can call themselves the best as long as he is lurking. He mentioned Shingo Takagi, Kazuchika Okada, and Hiroshi Tanahashi in his promo.

Moxley has not competed for NJPW since wrestling at NJPW STRONG Showdown in Philadelphia on October 17. Moxley teamed with Eddie Kingston to battle Minoru Suzuki & Lance Archer at the event.
