Following Wednesday's episode of NXT, the NXT injury report has been released.
The top name on the injury report is NXT UK Women's Champion Kay Lee Ray, who suffered a shoulder injury while taking a suplex from Toni Storm. Ray refused medical attention on her shoulder and insisted she will be ready for NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II on Sunday, Jan. 12. She is scheduled to defend her NXT UK Women's Championship against Toni Storm and Piper Niven in a triple threat bout at the event.
Also on the injury report is Forgotten Sons member Wesley Blake, who suffered a left foot injury and is scheduled to go in for x-rays. He was seen leaving Full Sail on crutches and in a boot. His status is listed as "questionable." Blake and his teammate Steve Cutler were defeated by Imperium (Fabian Aichner & Marcel Barthel) in the first round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic on Wednesday.
Keep in mind, the NXT injury report is a blend of kayfabe and reality.
