Kayla Braxton comes forward.
In March, it was reported that a member of the WWE staff had tested positive for COVID-19. It marked the first reported positive test in WWE, but the name was withheld. On Thursday, Kayla Braxton stepped forward to reveal that she was the positive test in March, and now she has it again.
Was keeping it quiet but since everyone else is sharing, I feel like it is my responsibility to share this PSA: YOU CAN GET COVID-19 MORE THAN ONCE! I had it back in early March and then thought I was invincible after I recovered. Not true. Dont be dumb like me.

Braxton was removed from television following her positive test in March, but returned a few weeks later. She has been on recent episodes of WWE SmackDown in her role as the backstage interviewer and has continued to host WWE's The Bump on Wednesday's, though the show is done digitally.
She is the third person to step forward since it was revealed on Wednesday afternoon that multiple people in WWE had tested positive for COVID-19. The exact number is unknown. Renee Young and Adam Pearce are the other two who have disclosed a positive test.
