The 'Best Bout Machine' then turned his focus to the Young Bucks, criticizing their recent actions as power hungry EVPs. Omega noted that he is also holds an EVP role in the company, meaning he will have some of the power in the company while Tony Khan is out due to injury.

Kazuchika Okada was out next, as he came face to face with Omega. Omega brought up their history in New Japan Pro Wrestling and offered to write another chapter in their rivalry in just a couple of months. Moments later, Jack Perry blasted Omega from behind. Omega regained the upper hand and nailed Perry with a snap dragon suplex.

Moments later, Omega was setting up for a V-Trigger, but Okada stopped that from happening. Perry took advantage of this situation and hit Omega in the stomach with a chair. The Young Bucks were out next and they took advantage of the situation, hitting Omega with an EVP trigger.

Okada went to set up to hit Omega with a Rainmaker, but FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) hit the ring to make the save, chasing The Elite off.

As Dynamite transitioned into Rampage, Kenny Omega was stretchered to the back where an ambulance was waiting for him. Just before he was loaded into the ambulance, The Elite resurfaced and attacked FTR while they were standing by Omega's side.
