Kenny Omega Responds To Andrade's Mega Championship Challenge For TripleMania

Kenny Omega is a busy guy, and things don't look like they're going to slow down anytime soon.

On May 1, Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide held their annual Rey de Reyes event. The main event tag team match ended in a no-contest after Puma King and Diamante Azul stormed the ring and, with the help of Sam Adonis, beat up Pagano, Psycho Clown, and Chessman. Puma King then introduced Andrade, who appeared via video and challenged Kenny Omega to a AAA Mega Championship Match at the upcoming TripleMania event (currently no date has been set).

Omega, who dubs himself "The Belt Collector," is not only the AAA Mega Champion but also the AEW and IMPACT World Champion. He captured the latter at Rebellion by defeating Rich Swann in a Title vs. Title Match.

Kenny has responded to the former WWE superstar's challenge by requesting some time to think about it.

In addition to Andrade, Omega is also fending off Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston on Dynamite, while IMPACT is set to crown a new No. 1 Contender to their top prize at Under Siege on May 15th. Omega will also be in action at that show in tag team action alongside The Good Brothers versus Eddie Edwards and FinJuice.

AAA's Rey de Reyes show also saw IMPACT Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo challenge new Reina de Reinas Champion, Faby Apache, to a Title vs. Title Match at TripleMania. She accepted but was soon beat up by the IMPACT star.
